2010 REGISTRATION


	PLAYER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
	NEW FOR 2010 - SEASON START FOR DIV. 4 WHITE & WHITE PLUS: Div. 4 White U6-14 League games begin on Sat. - Aug. 28. NO games on Labor Day Weekend. Div. 4 White Plus (U9-14) & Div. 4 White U16 League games begin on weekend of Sept. 11. League Registration begins 2/1-3/31: $100 per player for U6 Ponies $225 per player for U7-U19 League Registration plus Late Fee begins 4/1: $255 per player for U7-U19 ($30 late fee) (No late fee for U6 Ponies) Who should register with the League? EVERY PLAYER must register with the League by age group - regardless of which Division they end up playing. Division 1 players may wait to register with the League until after they accept a position on a team. Div. 4 White Plus Registration 2/1 – 5/15: Additional $250 per player for U9-U14 age groups Who should register with Div. 4 White Plus: For a description of the White Plus program click on 2010 Levels of Play under Related Links on your right. Div. 4 White Plus registration ($250) is in addition to League Registration ($225). The total cost for playing in White Plus is $475. 1st scroll down & register with the League by age group & then return to this page and scroll down & register for White Plus via the White Plus age group/registration link below. If you are trying out for Div. 1 and/or Div. 3 you may wait to register for White Plus until after you find the outcome of your tryout. However, you must return to the website by the 5/15 White Plus deadline and register online – there are no automatic signups. Div. 1 U8 Academy: A complete overview can be found on the Division 1 Website All players must MUST REGISTER WITH THE LEAGUE by age group ($225) to be eligible to tryout. U8 Academy Tryouts for U7 & U8 players will take place in May and will be posted on the website. Players selected WILL NOT play League games with their U7 or U8 age groups - but instead play small side games within the Academy (no parent coaches). An additional program fee ($270) will be collected for participation in the U8 Academy. Wait List: If you attempt to register after June 1st it is possible that League Registration may be closed for your age group if it is full and you will be prompted to sign up to be on the wait list. There is no cost to sign up to be on the wait list. If your Division 4 (recreational) age group is without enough coaches, you will be waitlisted by date of registration until more coaches are found. You will be contacted when a position becomes available and prompted to register your player and pay the registration fee at that time. Sibling Discount: $25 discount on 3rd & subsequent League registrations in the same family. You DO NOT NEED to register all your players in 1 online setting to receive the discount. 	COACH & ASSISTANT C0ACH REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
	NEW FOR 2010: Coaches for Div. 4 White Plus will register to coach under their player's White Plus registration - not their player's age group registration as stated below. Instructions remain basically the same except they do not need to select a level to coach. All Coaches & Assistant Coaches (regardless of division) must register online: 1. Click on the player's age group (i.e. "Register for 2009 U9-U10" or for White Plus "Register for 2010 U9-10 Girls White Plus/Extra Fee") 2. Select "Register a Coach" or "Register an Assistant Coach" 3. For U9-U19 Coaches - be sure to accurately select the level you would like to coach (does not apply to White Plus): Div. 4 White (recreational) Div. 3 (competitive) Div. 1 (most competitive) - already confirmed 4. Complete the online application & save Div. 4 White & White Plus (recreational) – coaching applicants are registering their INTEREST ONLY. You will be contacted by your Age Group Coordinator (AGC) who will confirm your final coaching placement depending on need in your age group. Div. 3 (competitive) – coaching applicants will also need to complete a more detailed Supplemental Div. 3 coaching application and email it to the Director of Division 3. Div. 1 (most competitive) – coaches/assistants have already been selected but must complete the online application for administrative purposes.

Most registrations take about 15 minutes from start to finish & you will receive a confirmation email. Have your player's doctor's contact & insurance information available before you start.
