Manager's Checklist


  • Submit  team application online with roster entered online.  Rosters are required to be entered online.  Please note:  Our online roster is NOT to be considered the roster used to check in your team for the mandatory team check-in.  These online rosters are used to print the game cards.

  • Write down your team’s unique team number and PIN number.  This will allow you to edit your roster and/or team contact information.  Very important!

  • Paying by check?  Full payment must be received within 10 days after receiving acceptance email.  Your application is not considered complete without full payment.  Please note:  Your check will not be deposited until you are accepted.  If you are not accepted, your check will be shredded unless you request that it be returned.  

  • Received Acceptance Letter and Email from the Mustang Soccer - this is needed to make your hotel reservations. Please do not call and try to reserve blocks of rooms until AFTER you have been accepted.

  • Make hotel reservations – The Stampede does not requires teams to stay at partner hotels. 

  • THIS STEP NOT NECESSARY FOR STAMPEDE.  Confirm your team’s participation and return information sheet with hotel information (# of rooms, rate and dates) through the following link:  Hotel and Contact Information Form.

  • Non-US Clubs Members – get travel papers from state office.  For CYSA - now instant - no more 5 days before event.  Laminated Player Passes.  Print 2 copies of your official roster if you entered your roster online - this is used for game cards / 5 copies of official roster for check-in if roster not entered online.

  • Members of US Club Soccer – Laminated Player Passes.  Print 2 copies of your official US Club roster if you entered your roster online - this is used for game cards / 5 copies of official roster from US Club for check-in if you did not enter roster online.

  • Check website for date, time, and location of Team Check-in and make sure you have all the paperwork/credentials in order.  Information posted on the Tournament website is the final information for all rules, regulations, and tournament guidelines.

  • Check-in is mandatory so please make sure that one representative from your team plans their travel accordingly. Players do not need to attend check-in.
