Coaching Philosophy:

My coaching philosophy in one sentence: Do the best you can until you know better—then, when you know better, do better. Coaching is about creating an environment that encourages constant growth, where improvement is expected and embraced. We strive to learn from every experience—successes and failures alike—using those lessons to become better teammates, stronger individuals, and more thoughtful people beyond the game. At the same time, we compete with purpose, giving our best effort in every moment. Growth and effort go hand in hand: we push ourselves to improve while honoring the commitment to compete at our highest level every day.

Playing Experience: Dominican University

Notable Achievements: Helping student-athletes work towards their goals as players and people. Competitively, winning collegiate conference championships in 2013, 2018, 2022.
