COLLEGIATE FITNESS PROGRAM

 

This 3-week fitness program is designed for college-level players looking to stay fit in the off-season. The program will be run by Chris Camacho, our Girls Program Fitness Director. The program will allow current and college-bound athletes to maintain and improve their level of fitness for their upcoming seasons. The program will consist of weekly fitness tests as well as agility, speed training, injury prevention, and ball work.


Location: Diablo Vista Park Turf (MTV)

Age Group: Collegiate and college-bound players

Cost: $100 for one week or $250 for all three weeks
