Important Deadlines for Summer dates:

The Early Acceptance Deadline is May 15th for U9-U10 teams and May 20th for U13-U16 teams. 

The deadline to apply is one month before the first day of the tournament.

Acceptance Notification:

For U9-U10 teams, to allow teams to begin planning sooner rather than later, if a team applies before May 15th, we will communicate Early Acceptance by May 15th. Final Acceptance will be communicated by June 20th.

For U13-U16 Teams, to allow teams to begin planning sooner rather than later, we will communicate Early Acceptance by May 20th. Final Acceptance will be communicated by June 25th.

****Check-in can be completed by any team representative. Teams must provide the required credentials including 2 copies of your official US Club team roster, laminated player passes, and signed medical release forms.

Game Check-in Procedure:

-Drop your player passes at the Tournament tent (we will provide game cards)

-Referees do equipment checks on the field

-Pick up player passes and sign game cards after the game

-Players do not need to be present at the Tournament tent
